Travelling
There are 10 daily flights from Helsinki International Airport to Kuopio Airport. See timetables from Finnair, Blue1 and FinnComm. AirBaltic has one direct flight per day to Kuopio from Riga. It is also possible to fly to Tampere by RyanAir (direct flights from several European cities) and continue by train or by plane (AirBaltic, one flight per day).

Accommodation
Sokos Hotel Puijonsarvi, being the location of the conference itself, is the official hotel of the Symposium. The participants are kindly asked to reserve their own accommodation. There is a number of rooms reserved for participants until May 12th 2010, so please mention "NMR Symposium" while booking to assure your accommodation.

In addition to conference material, the registration fee includes coffees, lunches on Thursday and Friday, get-together-party on Wednesday and conference dinner on Thursday.

Exhibition and sponsoring
A limited number of tables for exhibition during the symposium have been reserved. The exhibition will be open throughout the meeting and will be situated next to the lecture hall.
Companies interested in sponsoring the conference are cordially invited to participate in the exhibition. In addition to the exhibition, there are a variety of ways in which companies or societies could be seen at the meeting.
